Operations

Philippe Mesritz, Director of Client Services, has over 10 years of experience with internet technologies, process development, and online community management. In addition, he has over 5 years of experience managing diverse personnel across multiple teams internationally, creating and managing project plans, and devising human resource policies. While managing 135 employees through a pair of chapter 11 layoffs, he was able to ensure a significant level of employee morale, production and satisfaction even with the impending staff cuts. The central point for customer relations and escalations in multiple world wide call centers and online communities, he has been tasked with handling customers from all industries and corporate levels. Being bilingual in Dutch and English, a world wide traveler, and having lived in many countries has given him the ability to adapt both in terms of business as well as personal interaction. He is currently attending the University of Phoenix for a dual degree in Management and Business Administration to augment his previous experience.

Infrastructure

Kevin Kragenbrink, Director of Infrastructure, has more than 8 years of experience administering and managing network servers for small companies, universities and private businesses. He has significant experience designing websites and knows 10 programming languages. Having managed a team of programmers and security support personnel, he is an excellent choice for the infrastructure position.
